# Beacon56

> Beacon56 (also written Beacon 56) supplies UK care home data as a monthly file of every newly registered care provider, with the registered manager's name, direct work email, and phone number where findable. Sold to companies that sell into the UK care sector (care software, insurance, training, recruitment). Data comes from the Care Quality Commission (England), Care Inspectorate (Scotland), and Care Inspectorate Wales, published under the Open Government Licence. The raw registers contain no email addresses; the contact enrichment is Beacon56's own work.

Beacon56 is operated by Duncan Murtagh (based just outside Dublin, Ireland) and trades as DKDM Limited.

Around 156 new UK care providers register each month across care homes, domiciliary care, supported living, extra care housing, and shared lives. Northern Ireland is regulated by RQIA and is not currently covered.

Typical hit rates on real files: around 90% of rows carry the registered manager's name, and around 62% of rows are enriched with a working direct work email.
