Care home leads, delivered as a clean CSV

Every newly registered UK care provider, enriched with contact details, ready to import into your CRM or outreach tool.

01

New CQC registrations, captured each month

CQC publishes an updated registry every month. We isolate every newly registered care provider (care homes, domiciliary, supported living, extra care, and shared lives) and pass them straight to you. Around 156 new providers UK-wide per month.

02

Enriched with the manager's contact details

For each new provider we take the registered manager's name from CQC (present on around 90% of rows), then find a direct work email and phone number. Typical hit rate: around 62% of rows get a working email. Where no direct manager email is findable we include the company's general contact.

03

England, Scotland and Wales in one file

England updates monthly, straight from CQC. Scotland (via Care Inspectorate) and Wales (via Care Inspectorate Wales) are folded in when their separate regulators publish. Northern Ireland is regulated by RQIA and is not currently covered.

04

Delivered as a clean CSV, ready to use

No spreadsheet cleaning, no chasing down contact details, no wrestling with the CQC file format. Upload straight to your CRM or drop into your outreach tool and your team can start calling and emailing the same day.

Built for companies selling into UK care

A newly registered care provider is your highest-intent prospect - actively buying software, insurance, training, and supplies from day one.

Care sector software suppliers

Rostering, care planning, medication management, payroll - newly registered providers are actively evaluating and buying. No existing contracts to displace, no incumbent to compete with.

Insurance brokers and financial services

Every new care provider needs employers' liability, public liability, and professional indemnity from day one. Reach them at the moment of registration, before they've signed with anyone.

Training and compliance providers

Mandatory training - safeguarding, manual handling, medication administration - is a legal requirement. New providers are actively sourcing this from the moment they register.

Specialist recruitment agencies

New care providers need staff fast. Reach the registered manager before the first job ad has been posted anywhere.

The data's public. The contacts aren't.

Frequently asked

Where does the data come from?
All care home data comes from the CQC public register (England), Care Inspectorate (Scotland) and Care Inspectorate Wales, published under the Open Government Licence. We isolate the newly registered providers each month, then enrich each row with the manager's contact details.
How often is the file delivered?
Monthly. CQC publishes its updated registry every month (usually the second week). We pull the release, isolate the new registrations, enrich them with the manager's contact details, and send you the file within a few days. Scotland and Wales are added when their separate regulators publish, which is less predictable.
How fresh are the emails?
Every email is verified at the time your file is delivered. We're finding fresh contacts for freshly registered providers each month, not maintaining a stale base list, so the whole file is newly enriched each time rather than patched from a previous version.
What kind of emails do you find?
We prioritise direct work emails at the provider's own domain, for example name@carehomename.co.uk. Personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) are excluded. Where a direct manager email isn't findable we include the company's general contact email. Typical hit rate on real files: around 62% of rows get a working email.
What service types are included?
Standard scope is UK care providers: care homes (with and without nursing), domiciliary care, supported living, extra care housing, and shared lives. Roughly 156 new registrations across those categories UK-wide each month. If you want to widen the filter to include private doctor consultations, mobile doctors, diagnostic services, or dental, just ask. Roughly doubles monthly volume.
What about Northern Ireland?
Not currently covered. NI care providers are regulated by RQIA, a separate body with a separate data feed.
How is this different from other UK care data products?
The raw CQC register is free but arrives as a 56,000-row spreadsheet with no contact details in it. Dashboards built on top of it (e.g. CareHomeData at £199/year) give you search and segmentation but still no emails or phone numbers, so your team can't actually reach anyone. Beacon56 fills that gap: registered manager name, direct work email verified at delivery, and phone number where we can find one. Ready for outreach on day one.
Can I see a sample before deciding?
Yes. Book a 15-min call using the link below and I'll send you a recent delivery file so you can see exactly what you'd receive.
Is this GDPR compliant?
The source data is published by CQC under the Open Government Licence. The contact details we enrich are business contact information for registered professionals acting in their professional capacity, which falls within legitimate interest for B2B outreach. Your own legal review is a good idea if you have specific compliance requirements.

About Beacon 56

Duncan Murtagh

I'm Duncan Murtagh. I live just outside Dublin and I've been working with the CQC data file since 2024. Beacon56 is deliberately small. You deal with me directly, on a call or by email, not a sales team.

I've been building software and data products since 2011. If you get in touch, you'll get an email back from me, not a support ticket queue.

Beacon 56 is sometimes written without the space as Beacon56. Same thing either way.
